Heera Dosa Mix 1 kg
How to cook: Empty 200 g DOSA MIX into a bowl and mix with 400 ml of water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 30 mins. Heat a frying pan on medium heat and smear with oil or ghee. Ladle a thin layer of batter into the hot pan and fry one side until golden brown. Sprinkle ghee or oil along the edges. Fold, remove and serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
