Laila Chana Dal 2 kg (Split Chickpeas)
Chana dal is naturally nutritious and rich in flavor. It works wonders in hearty dals, curries, and salads. Chana dal also makes a wholesome meal when combined with bread or rice.
To Cook: Rinse in cold water 3 to 4 times. Using freshwater, bring to the boil in a saucepan. Reduce to a simmer for 30 – 40 minutes or until tender. Do not eat raw.
