Laziza Sabzi / Bhaji Masala 100 g (Spice Mix)
INGREDIENTS: Red Chill, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Dried Garlic 4 %, Dried Ginger 4 %, Black pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Ground Mustard, Nigella Indica (Kalonji), Roasted Fenugreek Powder.
RECIPE: SABZI / BHAJI (Spice Mix for Vegetable Curry)
Vegetable Curry
- Single or mixed Vegetable………………………….500 g (washed, cut and ready for cooking)
- Tomatoes (medium sized)………………………….3 (200 g) chopped
- Onion (medium sized)………………………………..3 (150 g) finely sliced
- Ghee / Cooking oil……………………………………..½ cup (75 g)
- LAZIZA SABZI / BHAJI MASALA……………….about half bag (50 g)
EASY STEPS
- Fry onion in ghee / oil light golden. Now add tomatoes and fry few minutes, put vegetable, Laziza Sabzi / Bhaji Masala (half bag) and fry for further few minutes.
- Add desired quantity of water, (if required / necessary) cover and cook on low fire till tender and ghee / oil separates.
Garnish with chopped green coriander or green chillies (as per your taste).
Note: 1. For Masala vegetable remove onions from the above recipe.
2. You can prepare variety of vegetable dishes from Laziza Sabzi / Bhaji Masala.
