Laziza Stew Masala with Garlic and Ginger 80 g (Spice Mix)
INGREDIENTS: Red Chilli, Coriander, Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove, Dried Garlic 3 %, Dried Ginger 3 %, Bay Leaves.
RECIPE: Stew
- Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef)…………….1 kg
- Onion (medium sized)………………………….16 (1 kg) medium sliced
- Tomatoes (medium sized)…………………….3 (200 g) chopped
- Cooking Oil/Ghee………………………………..1 cup (150–200 g)
- LAZIZA STEW MASALA……………………..one bag only
EASY STEPS:
- Fry meat in ghee/oil for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Put onions and Laziza Stew/Do-Piaza Masala (one bag) and fry for 8–10 minutes while stirring with intervals. Add cut tomatoes cover and cook on low flame, till meat is tender and ghee/oil separates (if need arises add 1-2 cups or glasses of water).
At the end of cooking, mix thoroughly with spoon for a while.
Garnish with chopped green coriander.
Do-Piaza or Piaz Gosht
- Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef)……….1 kg
- Onion (medium sized)…………………….16 (1 kg) finely sliced
- Ginger…………………………………………..1 tablespoon (chopped)
- Yoghurt (whipped)…………………………..1 cup (200 g)
- Cooking Oil/Ghee……………………………1½ cup (200 g)
- LAZIZA STEW/DO-PIAZA MASALA…one bag only.
EASY STEPS:
- Fry meat and ginger in ghee/oil for 2–4 minutes while stirring.
- Add 1–2 cups or glasses of water, cover and cook on low flame till meat is tender.
If any water is left then increase the flame to dry up. - Add onions, Laziza Stew/Do-Plaza Masala (one bag) and fry for about 8–10 minutes.
Now put yoghurt also, cover and cook til onion separates from ghee/oil.
