Cooking Directions:
- Boil 6 measures of water and add 1 measure of sambar mix. Mix well.
- Add 2 cups boiled vegetables of your choice (sambar onion, tomato, drumstick, brinjal, potato)
- Cook for 6-8 minutes. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
