TRS Egg Yellow Food Colouring Powder 500 g

Instruction to make a master solution: Dissolve 9 grams of powder in 1 ltr of hot water (if color separates on cooling warm slightly). This solution contains 16.2mg per 10ml of E102 & 1.08mg per 10ml of E129. Do not use more than10ml of solution per kg of other ingredients. “These instructions must be followed or the legal requirements will not be met for use in food.

Ingredients: Sodium Chloride (80.80%), Tartrazine E102 (18%), Allura Red E129 (1.20%).  E102 & E129 can have an adverse effect on activity & attention in children.

Storage: Replace cap after use. Store in a cool & dry place away from direct sunlight.
