Do I have to register before I can shop?

You can browse the shop and order products without registering. You can also register with Facebook account and your information will be ready for your next purchase!

Where do you deliver?

We are located in Finland and deliver to whole Finland and Baltic countries, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Current prices can be seen at the checkout and it’s calculated by the size and weight of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

OP Checkout offers our payment system. You can pay with most of Finnish banks and debit/credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard.

How are the products taxed?

Our products are taxed by Finnish law. Food is 14% VAT and Personal Care products 24% VAT.

How can I redeem a coupon code?

You can enter voucher and coupon codes as you checkout. It’s located at the top of the page.

Enter your code and hit ‘Add’ – you’ll see a green message to confirm. If there are any hiccups, you’ll see a red message explaining the problem.

Can I place my order over the phone?

We’re an internet company, so all orders must be placed through our website.

Where can I find my order details?

You’ll be sent a confirmation e-mail when we have printed the shipping label for your order.
Please note: The message might go to your “Spam” folder.

How can I track my order?

There’s a tracking code included in your confirmation e-mail. You can paste it at https://www.shipit.fi/seuranta/

What about the refunds?

Please contact via e-mail or Facebook and add your order number to the message and the item’s you would like to return. If you used DBSchenker’s pickup packet, you can leave it at the pickup point.
