East End Quinoa (White) 300 g
Quinoa is a great alternative to rice or couscous because it’s classed as a complete protein, containing 8 essential amino acids, having a fluffy light texture when cooked.
Rinse 100g quinoa thoroughly in cold water. Add it to 300 ml of boiling water. Simmer for 20 minutes until the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat, drain off any excess water and stand for 10 minutes. Separate the grains with a fork and use as required.
