MDH Pav Bhaji Masala 100 g
Spice blend for Vegetables
INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Dehydrated Unripe Mango, Chilli Red, Cumin, Salt White, Dried Garlic, Fennel, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Salt Black, Star Anise, Cardamom Amomum, Cloves, Nutmeg, Paprika extract (E160c), Mace

RECIPE: Exclusive for Bombay Pav Bhaji
- Boil 200 g potatoes
- Peel and dice
- Also boil 150 g dressed vegetables like carrots, cauliflower, peas etc.
- In a deep pan fry 100 g finely chopped red onions in 60 g butter till golden
- Add coarsely chopped 100 g tomatoes, salt, 15 g Pav Bhaji Masala
- Transfer the boiled vegetables, ½ cup water and on high heat mix and mash them for 10 minutes
- Then apply butter on bread slices or slit baps, roast and serve together
