Method of preparation: 1. Mix with cold water, stir until lump free. 2. Add salt to taste. 3. Place on moderate heat and stir with a spatula until it thickens. 4. Stir vigorously to avoid lumping. 5. Add extra water if mixture has thickened too much and leave on medium heat for about 5 minutes. 6. Stir until water has mixed completely with the dough. 7. Mould in to balls and serve with stew (okra, egussi), soup or hot pepper sauce.
