- To make perfect rice start with a ratio of 1 cup of rinsed rice to 4 cups of water.
- Bring the water to a boil and add the rice.
- Stir and bring back to the boil, keeping uncovered. Reduce to a rolling simmer for approx. 8-10 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Drain water, cover & leave to stand for 3 minutes.
- Lightly fork through the grains and serve.
