Laziza Achar Gosht Masala 100g (Spice Mix)
INGREDIENTS: Red Chilli, Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Black pepper, Roasted Anise Powder, Dried Garlic 3 %, Dried Ginger 3 %, Roasted Mustard, Roasted Fenugreek Powder, Bay Leaves.
RECIPE: Meat in Picling Spices’ Curry
- Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef)………………..1 kg
- Yoghurt (beaten)…………………………………….2–3 cups (500 g)
- Green Chillies Large……………………………….8 –10 one side slit
- Fully riped Tomatoes cut in pieces…………….5–6 medium sized (500 g)
- Fresh Lemon (for juice)……………………………1–2 or bottled lemon juice 2 Tbs
- Cooking oil / Ghee…………………………………..1–1½ cup (200 g)
- LAZIZA ACHAR GOSHT MASALA…………..one bag only
EASY STEPS
1. Take 1–2 tablespoons of Laziza Achar Gohst Masala (one bag), mix with lemon juice and fill in the sitted green chillies.
2. Fry meat and tomatoes in oil/ ghee for 10 minutes.
3. Then put yoghurt and remainig laziza achar gosht masala of one bag and cook for further 10 minutes while stirring.
4. Now add 1–2 glasses of water, cover and cook till tender (in case of chicken do not add water).
5. Put masala filled green chillies and cook on low flame for 8–10 minutes.
Achar Gosht of unique taste is ready
