Laziza Pakora Mix with Garlic and Ginger 200g
INGREDIENTS:Gram Flour, Salt, Coriander, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Dried Garlic 2 %, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Acidity Regulator Tartaric Acid (E-334).
Recipe: Pakora Mix (Fried Lentil’s Dumplings)
Mix the content of Pakora mix (one packet) in one glass of water, stir thoroughly to make a smooth paste. Leave for 10–15 minutes and deep fry Pakoras in very hot ghee / oil until golden.
For variety add 3–4 tablespoonful of finely chopped green coriander, 4–6 chopped green chillies and one finely sliced / diced onion.
Potato / Brinjal / Spinach Pakoras:
Add in the paste any of the above vegetable for making varieties of pakoras. Use fine round slices of Potato or Brinjal or Leaf / Chopped Spinach.
Dahi Phulki / Dahi Boondi (Pakora with Yoghurt)
- In half kg yoghurt add desired quantity of salt, chilli powder, water and whipped / stir thoroughly.
- Add ½ glass water in half quantity of LAZIZA PAKORA MIX PACKET and stir to make paste and leave for 10 minutes.
Now deep fry in very hot ghee / oil until golden and immediately put in the yoghurt. Sprinkle LAZIZA CHAAT MASALA for real good taste.
Note: Serve hot Pakoras with delicious chutney to be prepared from LAZIZA CHUTNEY / RAITA MASALA.
