Laziza Qeema Masala 100 g (Spice Mix)
INGREDIENTS: Red Chilli, Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Roasted Cumin Powder, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Cardamom, Dried garlic 3 %, Dried Ginger 3 %.
RECIPE: QEEMA (Mincemeat)
- Mincemeat (Chicken, Mutton or Beef)………………..1 kg
- Onions (medium sized)…………………………………….4 finely chopped or use as per your taste
- Green Chillies (medium)…………………………………..3–4 chopped or use as per your taste
- Ghee / Cooking Oil………………………………………….1–1½ cup (150-250 g)
- Green Coriander (chopped)………………………………½ cup (half punch)
- LAZIZA QEEMA MASALA……………………………….one bag only
- Fine Ginger shreds (optional)…………………………….2–3 tablespoons (30 g).
EASY STEPS
- Fry sliced onion in ghee /oil for 10 minutes. Now add mincemeat, Laziza Qeema Masala (one bag),
Ginger shreds (optional) and fry 10–15 minutes. - Put 1–2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low flame until tender. Add green chillies (as per your taste)
and cook until oil / ghee separates. Garnish with green coriander and serve with fresh lemon.
Note: 1. For masala qeema add 1 cup (150 g) yoghurt and 2-3 (150 g) cut tomatoes during step -1.
2. You can add potatoes or peas to make aloo qeema or peas qeema.
