Preparation:

Add two parts of water to one part of Praise Palm Cream Concentrated and boil for about 20 minutes. Add meat of fish, onions, tomatoes, and spices and boil for another 20 minutes.

Ingredients: Palm Fruits 99.5%, Salt

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening store refrigerated in an airtight container and consume quickly.
