The spice blend to prepare rasam
Recipe: Make 1 Litre of tamarind Juice. Fry mustard, chilies, and curry leaves in edible oil. Add tamarind juice, 2 tbsp of Aachi Rasam Powder, and salt to taste, and boil for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Rasam is now ready to serve.
Ingredient: Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Salt, Compounded Asafoetida, Fenugreek, and Garlic.
