Instruction for use in Sauces & Chutneys: Dissolve 14 g (1 tablespoon) of powder in 1 ltr of hot water (if color separates on cooling warm slightly). Do not use more than 32ml (2 tablespoons) of soln per kg of other ingredients. This solution contains 76mg per 32ml of E102,9mg per 32ml of E129 & 9 mg per 32 ml of E122. “These instructions must be followed & will not meet the legal requirements for colors in food if other uses are made of this product” &” for use with other product always check the legal limits and restrictions”. “Once the solution is made it can be stored for 7 days in a cool & dry place.

Ingredients: Salt 79%, E102 Tartrazine 17%, E129 Allura Red 2%, E122 Carmoisine 2%, E102, E129 & E122 may have an adverse effect on activity & attention in children.
