Heera Egg Yellow Colouring Powder 25 g
Instruction for use in Chutneys: Dissolve 14 g (1 tablespoon) of powder in 1 ltr of hot water (if color separates on cooling warm slightly). Do not use more than 32ml (2 tablespoons) of soln per kg of other ingredients. This solution contains 94mg per 32ml of E102 & 5mg per 32ml of E129. “These instructions must be followed & will not meet the legal requirements for colors in food if other uses are made of this product” &” for use with other product always check the legal limits and restrictions”. “Once the solution is made it can be stored for 7 days in a cool & dry place.
Ingredients: Salt 77.8%, E102 Tartrazine 21% & E129 Allura Red 1.2%. E102 & E129 may have an adverse effect on activity & attention in children.
Storage: Replace cap after use. Store in a cool & dry place away from direct sunlight.
