Heera Idli Mix 1 kg
How to cook: Empty 200 g IDLI MIX into a bowl and mix with 300 ml of water and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 20 mins. Stir the batter gently then spoon into greased idli moulds and steam over boiling water for 15 mins. Remove and serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
Ingredient: Rice Flour (55%), Urad Dal Flour (40%), Ionised Salt, Raising Agent (E500), Acidity Regulator (E330).
