Chickpeas are a versatile addition to many dishes. From rich channa to silky smooth houmous and delicious falafel.
To Cook: Soak overnight. Rinse in cold water and then bring to the boil for 10 minutes. Reduce to a simmer for 85 minutes or until tender. Strain and serve. Do not eat raw.
