Butter chicken recipe
You will need:
Chicken (Boneless) 1 kg
Butter 60 g
Tomato paste ½ ts
Fresh Milk 1½ cup
Fresh Cream ¾ cup
National Butter Chicken Spice Mix 50 g (1 packet)
Cooking Method (For 1 Packet):
Fry: Fry chicken pieces in butter until light brown. Add National Butter Chicken Spice Mix and tomato paste and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Cook: Add milk and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until meat is tender and the curry thickens. Add fresh cream, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve: Delicious Butter Chicken is ready. Serve hot with boiled rice/naan.
