How to prepare

1. Take 1 part of Banku-Mix and 1 part of water into a bowl
2. Mix until free from lumps. Add salt if required.
3. Pour into a cooking pot and place over a moderate heat.
4. Stir vigorously with a Wooden Ladle till thick and smooth.
5. Add enough water if Softer Consistency is desired.
6. Mold into balls and serve with Soup or Stew of your choice ie Palmnut, Groundnut, Okra or Vegetable soup.
7. Serve approx. 6–8 Portions.
