Direction:
Dissolve one tablespoon Shan Pani Puri Masala Mix in one glass of cold water for an appetizing, digestive and tasty drink. Squeeze half a lemon if desired.
Pani Puri / Gol Gappas:
Prepare the pani puri drink as above. Make a small hole in the Gol Gappas and fill with boiled chickpeas/chholay. then dip each in Shan Pani Puri drink. Serve immediately.
Ingredients: Ginger, Salt, Black Pepper, Clove, Red Chilli, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon, Acid: Tartaric Acid, Large Cardamom, Carom, Garlic, Acid: Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide, Mango Powder.
