Cooking Instructions: Place sufficient oil in a pan, and heat to smoking point. Immerse Papad one at a time into the oil for 4 – 5 seconds without turning. Remove and place Papad onto kitchen roll to absorb any excess oil.
Ingredients: Husked Black Gram (48.2%), Husked Green Gram (25.6%), Chickpea Flour, Refined Palmolein Oil, Khat (Alkaline Salt), Black Pepper, Ionised Salt, Sago Powder, Asafoetida, Preservative (E282).
