Everest Shahi Paneer Masala 100 g (Spice blend for Paneer curry)
Simple steps to delectable Shahi Paneer:
- Slice 300 gm paneer (Cottage Cheese) into small, triangular pieces.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil/ghee, add paste of 3 onions, and fry till golden. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree/paste. Stir-fry for 5 min.
- Stir in 1 tbsp Everest Shahi Paneer Masala. Add 2 tbsp magaz, 2 tbsp cashew paste, 40 ml fresh cream, and salt. Boil with 1½ cups hot water. Add paneer slices. Simmer till done.
Ingredients: Coriander, Chili, Cassia Leaf, Cumin, Dried Mango, Garlic, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Dried Ginger, Cassia bark (Taj), Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Clove, Fenugreek, Ionized Salt, Star Anise, Fennel and Citric Acid.
