Laziza Fish Masala with Garlic100 g (Spice Mix)
INGREDIENTS: Red Chilli, Coriander, Salt, Turmeric, Fenugreek leaves and Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Dried Garlic 3 %.
RECIPE: Fish (Spice Mix for Fish and other Seafood)
- Fish (pieces)……………………………..1 kg
- Yoghurt (whipped)………………………1 cup (200 g)
- Onion (medium sized) ………………..one (finely sliced)
- Garlic paste……………………………….1 tablespoon
- LAZIZA FISH MASALA………………one bag only
EASY STEPS:
- Put salt or yellow gram flour (Baisan) on fish and wash thoroughly after 5 minutes.
- Fry onion until golden brown. Add garlic paste, Laziza Fish Masala (one bag) yoghurt and fry for 5–6 minutes.
- Put fish and fry for further 5-10 minutes. Add 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook on low flame until tender and ghee/oil separates. Put chopped green coriander with boiled rice or chapati.
Fried fish / Prawns
- Fish (sliced or whole)……………………1 kg
- Garlic Paste…………………………………1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice or Vinegar…………………4 tablespoons
- LAZIZA FISH MASALA ………………..one bag only
EASY STEPS:
- Mix together Laziza Fish Masala (one bag), garlic paste, lemon juice or vinegar and apply on fish. Leave for 30-60 minutes.
- Deep fry in hot ghee/oil until light brown. Sprinkle Laziza Chaat Masala and serve with fresh lemon.
Baisen Fried
- Follow step No. 1 of fried fish recipe.
- In about one cup of Baisen (yellow gram flour) add half tablespoon salt and water to make thin batter.
- Dip the marinated fish and fry until light brown.
